We believe that transparency is key to building trust in AI.

D.A.V.E. provides a high level of explainability by giving you visibility into how it tags and categorises qualitative data. The platform's auditable coding allows you to drill down into the source data and verify the connections between individual responses and the broader themes identified by the AI. This ensures that the insights you receive are not only accurate but fully understandable and verifiable.

Yes. Our service is designed to be a partnership, not just a platform.

Our in-house research insights team is available to work alongside D.A.V.E., providing a critical layer of expert human review and strategic oversight. This ensures that every finding is not only data-backed but also validated and enriched with years of professional experience.

User privacy is paramount. D.A.V.E. is designed with a selective data handling feature, which allows you to process only the specific, isolated questions you need insights from. This means you can easily exclude any demographic or identifying fields from the data you upload, which significantly mitigates re-identification risks and ensures you can get valuable insights from your responses while keeping sensitive data private.

No. We have a strict policy that no partner or client data is ever used for AI model training. When D.A.V.E. utilises third-party APIs (such as OpenAI or Anthropic), it is done under enterprise-grade terms that explicitly prohibit any data retention or training on the data you provide. Your data remains yours, always.

We offer multiple layers of data protection. Through masking and preprocessing, you have the option to redact or anonymise any sensitive data locally before it ever leaves your environment. Even within open-ended, free-text fields, our platform can apply automated filters to remove personally identifiable information like names, locations, or other sensitive details, ensuring your data is protected from start to finish.

D.A.V.E. helps reduce manual inconsistency by applying a structured, auditable approach to coding and analysis. Findings can be traced back to source responses and supplemented with expert human review where needed.

We have clients who are particularly interested in this feature, as it allows them to gain an impartial view of customer feedback, employee sentiment, and market trends. Our AI removes human bias from the equation, giving you a clear, data-driven understanding of what’s truly working and what needs improvement.

This is where our human-in-the-loop process provides a critical advantage. While D.A.V.E. is highly advanced at understanding sentiment and context, our dedicated research insights team reviews and validates the analysis to catch subtle nuances like sarcasm or irony. This ensures that the narratives and findings are not only accurate but also rich with human understanding.

D.A.V.E. is designed to work with a wide range of unstructured and structured data sources. This includes open-ended survey responses, call transcripts, customer service chat logs, employee reviews, social media comments, and more. Our platform is flexible and can be customised to analyse data from almost any text or audio-based source.

We don't just provide data; we provide a clear path forward. D.A.V.E.'s outputs are designed to be actionable. The narrative-focused insights, executive summaries, and key findings highlight the most critical issues and opportunities. This saves your team from sifting through data, so they can focus on what matters: creating solutions, implementing changes, and improving business outcomes. The chat feature also empowers anyone on the team to get answers quickly and make data-driven decisions on the spot.
